Location: Mountain View, California, United States. Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Overview

Join as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test focusing on automation tools and pipelines for QA, build, and release processes across Unreal, Unity, NodeJS, and WebSDK platforms. Work closely with SDK developers, backend engineers, and QA teams to enhance automation and testing efficiency.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain automation tools supporting test, build, and release processes across multiple platforms.
  • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Develop QA tools and processes to accelerate testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify automation strategies.
  • Build and maintain QA demo test suites for automation and performance showcases.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years experience in software/game development with C++, C#, or similar languages and test automation.
  • Experience with Unreal or Unity game engines including building, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and CI/CD processes (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area (Mountain View, California, USA).

Nice to have

  • Experience in game development tools engineering or automation.
  • Background in Quality Assurance and performance/stress testing.
  • Experience building and testing for Android, iOS, and Mac platforms.
  • Familiarity with LLM models.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright and Cypress.
