Product Analyst (Junior/Junior+)

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote.

Overview

We are looking for analysts in various teams. The analyst’s main task is to develop new technological products and enhance existing ones. Your team will include graduates from top universities (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, NES, MEPhI). You will see the real impact of your work.

What you will do

• Use your analytical skills to design top-tier financial products and develop performance metrics.
• Derive actionable insights and generate innovative ideas through data analysis.
• Design and implement monitoring systems for products and operational processes.
• Create informative reports and interactive dashboards.
• Optimize customer journey mapping (CJM) and conversion funnels.
• Test hypotheses aimed at process improvement and perform cost analysis.

Requirements

• A mathematical or technical degree from one of the following universities MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Analytical mindset and systematic thinking.
• Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team.
