Location: Armenia, Hybrid work format

Overview

Lead QA strategy and automation for AI-powered Customer Experience products including real-time Agent Assist and Supervisor Assist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise-grade quality and reliability of voice AI applications.

What you will do

  • Lead QA strategy and execution for AI-powered CX products.
  • Build scalable automated test frameworks for LLM, Web, and Desktop platforms.
  • Develop system-level test strategies ensuring production reliability.
  • Define acceptance criteria and quality metrics with engineering leads.
  • Collaborate with product managers on test plans aligned with roadmap.
  • Mentor QA engineers and drive QA excellence across teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work in or from Armenia with hybrid format.
  • Strong experience leading QA in real-time systems or AI-powered tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in QA automation across Web, API, and desktop.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, pipelines, or speech processing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for voice-first, AI-powered user experiences.
