Overview

hirify.global is looking for a visionary Security Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust security solutions across our infrastructure and applications. You’ll be instrumental in shaping hirify.global’s security landscape, ensuring our platform remains a trusted and secure environment for our global users.

What you will do

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of security solutions for hirify.global’s cloud infrastructure, network, and applications.
• Work on our most complex and risky problems involving production systems and networks.
• Define and maintain security standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate security seamlessly into the development lifecycle and infrastructure deployments.
• Participate in threat modeling and risk assessment activities to proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in information security/ DevOps / Software, with a strong focus on security architecture for both infrastructure and applications.
• 4+ years of experience in designing, implementing and leading infra lifecycles in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid coding skills: terraform/ python a must: Ability to identify IAC areas that should become a module and taking this module all the way to production
• Expertise in low-level networking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences from different cultures, across the globe
• A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for building secure and scalable systems.
