Overview

Join hirify.global' 6-month Recruitment Internship Program in Yerevan. You will receive mentorship and hands-on experience, gaining valuable insights into Recruitment and Sourcing in the IT industry.

What you will do

  • Support recruitment for tech roles (Java Developers, UI, Big Data, etc.).
  • Learn Recruitment & Sourcing techniques.
  • Identify and engage candidates via social media and personal networks.
  • Explore new sourcing channels and bring your ideas.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of HR, Talent Acquisition, and Sourcing.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Advanced English (written & spoken)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
