Senior UX/UI Designer (Backoffice Platform)

Overview

You will elevate critical internal services, which translates directly into a more convenient experience for employees and enhanced efficiency for business operations. Superior design is a cornerstone of streamlined, transparent, and comfortable work processes. The team includes a Delivery Manager, Tech Lead, Business Analyst & System Analyst, Backend & Frontend Developers, QA, and an existing UI/UX Designer.

What you will do

• Lead the design of user-friendly UX/UI, from creating new interfaces to refining and optimizing existing ones.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements, gather feedback, create mock-ups and defend your solutions.
• Participate in shaping UX strategy for internal products and share ideas to improve usability and efficiency for employees.
• Look for trouble spots in user scenarios and create user-friendly CJM for internal users.
• Work in conjunction with colleagues to test implementation of layouts, participate in demos and design reviews.
• Organise and maintain a library of UX/UI components in Figma for internal products.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design of complex web products (CRM, spreadsheets, analytical dashboards), portfolio.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, autolayouts, libraries.
• Understanding of UX-research: characters, scenarios, CJM, pain points.
• Visual design skills and basic knowledge of composition, typography, colour science.
• Ability to present and defend design concepts to the team and stakeholders.
• Skills to independently develop UX for complex internal processes in conjunction with an analyst.
