Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year (varies by state and experience)

Overview

The Credit team collaborates cross-functionally to manage credit risk and support sustainable growth. The role involves data analytics, credit strategy development, and partnership with Machine Learning, Product, and Finance teams.

What you will do

• Use experimentation and data analytics to optimize credit underwriting strategies
• Optimize user credit limits balancing risk and growth
• Manage portfolio risk and profitability
• Design inclusive credit strategies leveraging alternative data
• Collaborate with Machine Learning and Engineering teams on credit risk capabilities

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience as data analyst or data scientist, preferably in consumer credit risk
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; Spark experience is a plus
• Strong collaboration and cross-team influence skills
