Overview

The ML Platform team builds core infrastructure for machine learning models that power hirify.global's credit assessment. The role involves developing backend systems for training and serving ML models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting operational reliability.

What you will do

• Break down projects into tasks and deliver in phases with team collaboration.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to support product development.
• Maintain operational metrics and support on-call efforts.
• Participate in team growth activities including interviews.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin for backend development.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code and navigate large codebases.
• Strong communication skills for global team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
