We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of software components across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and edge environments. You will play a central role in ensuring that development teams meet product goals and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

🟥Own and drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for software releases across cloud and edge systems;
🟥Coordinate development and QA efforts across multiple engineering teams (backend, frontend, ML, edge, DevOps);
🟥Define and track delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies;
🟥Facilitate sprint planning, status tracking, and risk mitigation activities;
🟥Ensure cross-team alignment on priorities, architecture decisions, and release readiness;
🟥Manage the execution of CI/CD pipelines and oversee the deployment process in collaboration with DevOps;
🟥Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers;
🟥Partner with product manager to align technical delivery with business goals and roadmap;
🟥Monitor system readiness and performance KPIs in collaboration with QA and operations teams.

Requirements:

🔵7+ years of experience in software delivery/project management in agile development environments;
🔵Proven experience delivering complex, high-load web platforms or real-time data processing systems;
🔵Strong technical background in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure (hands-on experience is a plus);
🔵Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes);
🔵Excellent coordination and communication skills across geographically distributed teams;
🔵Ability to manage multiple streams of work and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment;
🔵Understanding of software testing, automation, and release management best practices;
🔵Experience in managing projects involving edge computing or IoT devices is a strong plus;
🔵Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

🔵Experience with computer vision or AI/ML-based platforms;
🔵Background in working with edge hardware;
🔵Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, CloudWatch, InfluxDB);
🔵Technical certification in Agile, Scrum, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
