About the Role
We’re looking for a Team Partner to join our global People Operations team and support teams across various JetBrains offices. You’ll act as a trusted people partner to leaders and employees, focusing on communication, collaboration, team health, and change management. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across cross-functional, international teams.
What You’ll Do
— Act as a people partner to assigned teams, offering guidance on interpersonal, organizational, and performance-related matters
— Support team changes such as growth, restructuring, and leadership transitions
— Facilitate communication and feedback within and between teams
— Drive discussions around expectations, alignment, and team health
— Improve cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
— Support internal communications to boost transparency and engagement
— Participate in change management across the organization
— Collaborate with Recruiting, L&D, C&B, and other HR functions
— Play a future-focused role in shaping long-term team development initiatives
— Promote JetBrains’ people-first culture through a solutions-oriented approach
About You
You’re a proactive and calm professional with excellent interpersonal instincts. You enjoy guiding teams through complexity, holding space for important conversations, and acting as a sounding board for both leaders and employees.
What We’re Looking For
— 5+ years as a Team Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar in tech
— Background in HR, OD, L&D, onboarding, or related people-facing roles is a plus
— Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
— High emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion
— Experience managing ambiguity, change, and tension with grace
— Deep understanding of team dynamics and change management
— Fluency in English
