Responsibilities:
▫️Sourcing and onboarding influencers on platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, and TikTok (focused on cryptocurrency, fintech, trading, web3, and more);
▫️Evaluating influencers for quality (content and authenticity checks);
▫️Managing communication from initial outreach to negotiating pricing;
▫️Coordinate and launch influencer campaigns across various projects. This includes organizing and ensuring timely publication of all campaign deliverables.
▫️Maintaining influencer performance statistics;
▫️Selecting influencers tailored to specific client needs.

Requirements:
▫️At least 1,5 year of experience in Web3 influencer marketing;
▫️Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to find compromises and achieve mutually beneficial solutions;
▫️Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset;
▫️English proficiency: conversational and written level B2 or higher;

▪️Lead generation Specialist

Responsibilities:
▫️Identify and qualify prospects, including decision-makers at Web3 startups and B2B companies in our target industries;
▫️Build high-quality lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and niche crypto platforms/databases;
▫️Research and validate new lead sources tailored to specific project goals and ICPs;
▫️Collaborate with the outreach team to align prospecting with messaging and campaign objectives;
▫️Maintain organized and up-to-date CRM records.

Requirements:
▫️Proven experience in lead generation with closed deals based on leads found by you in Web3/B2B/crypto-related industries — we value demonstrated impact;
▫️Strong working knowledge of leadgen platforms and prospecting tools;
▫️Experience with AI tools or services for optimizing lead generation workflows is a big plus — we value tested methods that improved your performance;
▫️Strategic thinking and the ability to discover new platforms, sources, or tactics for sourcing leads — bringing fresh channels to the table is highly encouraged;
