Responsibilities:

🟥Troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems
🟥IT support operations, including receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification
🟥Installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals
🟥Asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systes decommissioning, etc.)
🟥Documentation of system problems and resolutions
🟥Assists with providing basic IT training to PSI staff

Requirements:

🔵Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes
🔵Related experience in systems and network administration
🔵1+ years
🔵College Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field
🔵Ability to plan
🔵Ability to multitask
🔵Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
🔵Advanced communication
