Responsibilities:

🟥Lead task breakdown and architecture design for new features.
🟥Develop, test, and deploy solutions using industry-standard tools.
🟥Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
🟥Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
🟥Create and maintain technical documentation.
🟥Collaborate with other Lead Developers on product architecture decisions.

Requirements:

🔵5+ years of experience Software Engineering .
🔵4+ years of development experience with Java or Kotlin .
🔵Proficiency in Spring Framework .
🔵Hands-on experience using Hibernate, jOOQ or similar framework.
🔵Hands-on experience with async service architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ , or similar products
🔵Good understanding of security flows in service architectures using OAuth, SAML, or similar protocols
🔵Nice to have Tech Lead’s skills.
🔵Familiarity with Scrum and an Agile Development environment and tools like  JIRA , etc.
🔵Conversational English level.
