🧠 About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our CRM product team!
Must-have: CRM experience in a Product Owner role.

🔧 What you’ll do:
✅ Gather & manage functional/non-functional requirements
✅ Own and prioritize the product backlog
✅ Refine backlog with the dev team
✅ Define acceptance criteria & sprint goals
✅ Approve product increments & releases
✅ Communicate with stakeholders
✅ Create Epics, Stories, Use/Edge Cases
✅ Participate in OKR planning

🎯 What you bring:
🔹 3+ yrs as Product Owner or similar (BA, QA, Systems Analyst)
🔹 Strong grasp of:
-Requirements lifecycle
-Agile/Scrum
-API integrations
-UX principles
-Product architecture
🔹 Excellent English & communication skills
🔹 Strong analytical, organizational & leadership skills
🔹 PSPO or similar cert = plus
