STAG is a collaborative of professional game developers based out of Austin, TX, with a passion for creating engaging and memorable videogame experiences. We are a brand new start up with a focus on compelling storytelling, high end visuals, and polished player experience.

We are seeking an experienced gameplay programmer to help develop and implement systems for the vertical slice of our atmospheric horror game. Ideal candidate will also have designer sensibilities to help push the quality of gameplay experience and develop the game in a collaborative manner.

📚 Твои скиллы
• A gameplay programmer with experience developing in unreal engine 5, utilizing c++ and blueprints
• Experience working with first person stealth-based mechanics and enemy ai. systems will include ai navigation, hearing and sight perceptions, scripted events, dialogue systems and chase sequences
• Experience working with and knowledge of animation systems within unreal, as high quality animation will be a priority
• A willingness to collaborate in an iterative process to develop an engaging experience
• Knowledge of optimization for pc games and the ability to provide guidance to team members
• Knowledge with using and managing source control such as perforce is a big plus
