What you will do

• Lead and motivate a diverse technical team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, software architecture, data science, or related engineering domains.
• 1+ year of management experience leading engineering teams in a technology-driven company.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Proficiency with tools and workflows such as Python, Git/GitHub/GitLab, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in an inner-source or open-source software development model.
• Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
