🟥Social Media Content ideation & Strategy formation within the project frame
🟥Content creation & Execution
🟥Innovation & Experimentation

What You Bring:

🟥Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts (from organic side)
🟥Creative thinker who thrives on big ideas and can turn them into tight, punchy executions
🟥Comfort collaborating with a video production team (you don’t need to be an editor, but need to have clear visions to brief the production)
🟥Strong storytelling instincts: hooks, pacing, and cliffhangers come naturally
🟥Understanding of cross-cultural humor and interpretations (strong focus on TR and PL)
🟥Fun, bold, experimental personality, passionate about social media virality and parenting
