What you will do
- Provide telephone and email-based technical support for software products
- Investigate issues reported by customers and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution
- Proactively update customers regarding the progress of outstanding queries
- Respond to customer requests promptly and improve customer experience
- Provide superior customer service for MDM solutions
- Use various devices to reproduce customer environments to troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles
- Solid understanding of modern Windows client and server operating systems; experience with database management systems and virtualization technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS)
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, exceptions for qualified candidates
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team player
- Able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload within service standards and objectives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in fluent Russian and English.
