What you will do

• Provide telephone and email-based technical support for software products
• Investigate issues reported by customers and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution
• Proactively update customers regarding the progress of outstanding queries
• Respond to customer requests promptly and improve customer experience
• Provide superior customer service for MDM solutions
• Use various devices to reproduce customer environments to troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles
• Solid understanding of modern Windows client and server operating systems; experience with database management systems and virtualization technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS)
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, exceptions for qualified candidates
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team player
• Able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload within service standards and objectives
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in fluent Russian and English.
