What you will do

• Drive the definition and ownership of security architecture for HID devices systems.
• Define technical requirements, translating business and marketing needs into security and privacy solutions.
• Lead the development of extensible security architectures, considering future innovation.
• Facilitate and guide collaboration among cross-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor and support technical teams in implementing secure authentication and attestation capabilities.
• Communicate and educate stakeholders on risk, requirements, status, and opportunities for differentiation through security.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hardware/software system security architecture roles for embedded systems.
• Knowledgeable in security topics (authentication, attestation, and certification).
• Extensive experience working with cross-functional business and engineering stakeholders.
• Advanced executive communication, influence, and stakeholder alignment.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• PMP / Agile certification a plus.
