TL;DR

VP, Growth (AI): Driving market expansion and accelerating adoption across the developer ecosystem, owning the entire growth funnel. Focus on building a scalable, technically-driven growth function, integrating product, engineering, and marketing to drive sustained developer adoption and translate product adoption into revenue growth.

Location: Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.

Salary: $250,000 - $320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Lay the foundation for and build a scalable, technically-driven growth function.
  • Develop and execute strategies to create, engage, and grow audience across marketing channels and developer touchpoints.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap prioritization based on growth opportunities and user insights.
  • Build a thriving developer ecosystem, fostering community engagement and advocacy.
  • Coordinate high-impact product launches that generate significant visibility.
  • Lead SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing initiatives, using insights from product usage and data.

Requirements

  • Former founder, seasoned growth leader, or executive with experience scaling early-stage, high-growth companies.
  • Strong product or engineering background with technical fluency, able to design and implement technically driven growth systems.
  • Proven success building and leading growth teams, driving adoption, and scaling developer or product-led ecosystems.
  • Track record of running product launches and campaigns that directly accelerated adoption and revenue.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and see constant change as opportunity.
  • Naturally spend nights and weekends hands-on with the latest technical innovations.
  • Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
