What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project execution.
• Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, ensuring feasibility.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, improving negotiation and understanding of business needs.
• Analyze campaign and project performance data to optimize decision-making and present results.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including media plans and performance reports.
• Ensure team resource availability and allocation.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Coordinator in digital marketing agencies.
• Experience with project management software like Jira or Asana.
• Solid knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Experience working with agile methodologies applied to marketing.
• Native Portuguese.
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Project Management/Agile certifications.
• Previous experience in account management.
• Data visualization tools knowledge.
