🚀 Project Manager (Startup / Growth)

We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s more than a “task tracker” — we need a growth-driven operator who can move fast, own projects end-to-end, and deliver results that directly impact revenue.

This is not a corporate PM role. This is startup war mode. You’ll work directly with founders, dev, design, and marketing, making daily decisions that shape the company’s growth trajectory.


🔑 Responsibilities
• Drive projects from idea → execution → measurable results.
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on revenue and retention impact.
• Ship new funnels, monetization features, gamification, and retention systems.
• Track KPIs (MRR, conversion, churn, ARPU, retention) closely.
• Push experiments fast: test, learn, and scale what works.
• Remove blockers, keep teams accountable, and accelerate timelines.
• Be flexible: one day you’re analyzing numbers, the next you’re helping design funnels.
