What you will do

• Shape motion and interactive direction for League features.
• Create high-quality animatics that demonstrate full motion user flows.
• Translate animatics into interactive experiences, working alongside engineers, tech artists, and visual designers.
• Uphold League of Legends art style & quality standards.
• Drive workflow improvements to unlock the potential of future artists.
• Be an active member of Riot’s Motion Graphics craft community.

Requirements

• 4+ years of motion design experience across UI, games, or media.
• Portfolio showing proficiency of motion graphics fundamentals.
• Portfolio showing experience creating motion graphics for real-time UI.
• Mastery in the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator).
• High proficiency with VFX particle plugins.
• Strong understanding of version control tools and game dev workflow / pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with game engine tools like Unreal or Unity.
• Experience animating with Spine 2D, Protopie, Rive.
• Experience in a 3D modeling / animation package.
• Knowledge of League of Legends IP and style.
