What you will do

  • Deliver high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and capabilities.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for product enhancements.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams on product changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in customer support for SaaS or technical products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Understanding of ChatGPT and technical products.
