What you will do
- Deliver high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and capabilities.
- Gather and relay customer feedback for product enhancements.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams on product changes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in customer support for SaaS or technical products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Understanding of ChatGPT and technical products.
