What you will do

• Define and lead the overall HR strategy, implementing practices that support business objectives and organizational growth.
• Manage recruitment at the macro level and oversee global hiring processes.
• Drive processes to strengthen employee engagement and retention of talents around the world.
• Develop and implement training programs, design professional growth opportunities, and programs that improve people’s skills.
• Oversee HR systems, processes, policies, and workforce data to ensure efficient and accurate day-to-day operations.
• Lead, develop, and support the HR team, ensuring professionalism, effectiveness, and alignment with leadership direction and organizational goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience working in dynamic environments, with multicultural teams and complex operations.
• Strong expertise in all areas of HR operations: HRIS systems, labor law, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with C-Level executives, and influencing at the organizational level.
• Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams across multiple areas of responsibility.
• Fluent English – both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct professional communication in global settings.
