What you will do

• Oversee product metrics and adjust admin settings to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and automation.
• Assist the team and partners on handling special cases and lead in the investigation of the root cause of issues.
• Analyze and lead improvements in business processes related to pricing management.
• Monitor related financial metrics, including costs, margin, and profit, within set targets.
• Maintain product documentation and reporting.
• Assist in preparing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Tech, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Analytics, Operations management, Project management, or a related role in consulting / audit / fintech / product / science.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and basic metrics.
• Experience working with database engines/dashboards, including basic SQL knowledge.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Confident spoken and written English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a transactional business (such as payments processing).
