TL;DR

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and implement web support criteria, internal processes, self-serve strategy, and site testing.
  • Lead the adoption and training of scalable infrastructure, tools, and frameworks to future-proof hirify.global’s web properties.
  • Build and optimize landing pages that deliver on performance, SEO, and conversion goals.
  • Manage and optimize Contentful CMS structure and workflows to reduce engineering bottlenecks and enable non-technical teams.
  • Mentor and guide team members, setting clear technical standards and fostering growth.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, or guiding a web development team.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages with a focus on performance, SEO, and conversions.
  • Strong expertise in Contentful and Wordpress, including structuring and maintaining workflows.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Gatsby.
  • Experience implementing analytics and tracking with Amplitude.
