Manager, Client Success: Responsible for leading and developing a team of Client Success managers focused on North America retail sector with an accent on cultivating strong relationships with retail clients and achieving revenue targets. Location: Hybrid

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team focused on the North America retail sector.
  • Set clear, achievable goals for the team that align with departmental objectives and monitor progress against KPIs.
  • Provide regular constructive feedback and actively find opportunities to build individual contributors' brands.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that maximize client retention and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Accurately forecast team performance and provide regular reports on key metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in managing retail customers, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and the challenges and opportunities facing retailers today.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop individual contributors to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
