• Provide training and maintain product documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Internet-based company, with at least 2 years as a Product Manager.
• Strong UX design skills and experience with customer-facing products.
• Comfortable with finance-related concepts and working with finance stakeholders.
• Ability to break down complex projects into manageable milestones.
• Proven engagement with cross-functional teams including engineering and customer support.
