What you will do
- Develop and execute quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with revenue goals and sales priorities.
- Build and manage co-marketing programs with key partners, MSPs, distributors, and alliance partners.
- Localize and amplify global campaigns to suit the Canadian market.
- Collaborate with field marketing, digital, and product marketing teams to create campaign assets and enablement tools.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage MDF allocations and ensure compliance with program requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel, partner, or field marketing within the B2B tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian IT channel landscape.
- Proven experience running successful joint marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Experience using Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), and partner portals.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
