Channel Marketing Manager (B2B Tech): Responsible for planning and executing partner marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline through hirify.global's partner and alliance ecosystem with an accent on building and managing co-marketing programs with key partners, MSPs, distributors, and alliance partners. Focus on localizing global campaigns, managing MDF allocations, and tracking campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Location: Remote

Salary: $103,300—$147,500 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with revenue goals and sales priorities.
  • Build and manage co-marketing programs with key partners, MSPs, distributors, and alliance partners.
  • Localize and amplify global campaigns to suit the Canadian market.
  • Collaborate with field marketing, digital, and product marketing teams to create campaign assets and enablement tools.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage MDF allocations and ensure compliance with program requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel, partner, or field marketing within the B2B tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian IT channel landscape.
  • Proven experience running successful joint marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), and partner portals.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
