What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process from kickoff to post-go-live support.
• Help customers integrate APIs and UI components into their workflows.
• Build and maintain a repeatable onboarding framework.
• Align with account management on success plans and customer KPIs.
• Provide post-launch support and triage issues.
• Work with product/engineering to influence roadmaps and scope feature requests.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in implementation or technical product roles.
• Experience with APIs and developer workflows.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects across stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or infrastructure products preferred.
