What you will do

• Develop the product strategy and execution plan for optimising Bumble Inc’s ad revenue growth.
• Own Bumble Inc’s ad platform, being the point of knowledge for technical understanding and execution.
• Enhance direct-sold ad offering on Bumble, delivering new ad formats and capabilities to meet advertiser needs.
• Optimise programmatic ad stack on Badoo, integrating new ad placements and demand partners.
• Build and lead the advertising strategy for Bumble BFF, driving innovative monetization while safeguarding user experience.
• Maintain consent management tooling to ensure advertising complies with the latest privacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated product management experience working on a consumer product, with strong mobile DNA.
• Specific experience building digital advertising products in consumer apps with millions of users.
• Experience using Google Ad Manager and programmatic monetisation platforms such as Unity’s, Meta’s, and Amazon’s is a bonus.
• Experience interfacing with Sales/Commercial teams as well as exec-level stakeholders.
