• Participate in the CXR Pathway Program to gain foundational knowledge and skills.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through chat, email, and phone.
• Drive continuous improvement by acting as the voice of the customer.
• Grow financial services expertise and develop proficiency in financial concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in financial services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced customer support environment.
• Schedule flexibility for potential evening and weekend shifts.

Nice to have

• Existing FINRA SIE license.
• Experience in a customer support role.
