• Recruit, manage, and retain talent for empowered teams.

• Collaborate with product managers and operations in project planning and risk management.
• Connect with management and other teams to unblock dependencies and provide transparency on team progress.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a Fintech company or exposure to a DevOps culture.
