What you will do

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and teams to analyze and model business functions and processes.
• Define and document requirements for integrating client processes with hirify.global software.
• Produce costed business proposals and assist in project planning and justification.
• Develop, test, configure, and implement integrated solutions using hirify.global tools.
• Train client users on implemented software solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a similar professional services or customs processing role.
• Certified customs broker or forwarding agent education or equivalent skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of business-to-business e-commerce, EDI, and supply chain management.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel; full driving license required.
