Salary: $132,000—$233,500 CAD

What you will do
- Architect production-level ML workloads and end-to-end ML pipelines on a unified platform.
- Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during sales processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer needs.
- Build and optimize customer data science workloads applying best MLOps practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for customers developing GenAI solutions including RAG architectures and natural language querying.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Toronto, ON, Canada
- 5+ years hands-on ML experience in ML engineering or data science with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to meet technical training and role-specific outcomes within 3 months.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
Nice to have
- 2+ years customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
- Experience with Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data processing.
