Location: Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week

Salary: $130,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and lead the team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and leadership.
• Build products that win the market.
• Work with Product Managers to chart roadmaps and drive project execution.
• Drive product quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with other product teams to enhance our products and extend the power of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of engineers, including hiring, retaining, and managing performance.
• 5+ years of work experience in a software engineering role, with technical leadership skills and expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.
• Experience with frontend web and backend development.
• Proficient in agile team software development and strong project management.
• Adept at collaborating cross-functionally and communicating effectively.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
