What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Responsible Gaming Analysts to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Allocate tasks and ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct quality assessments and provide training to enhance responsible gaming awareness.
• Manage escalations, monitor exception reporting, and sign off on high-risk responsible gaming tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote responsible gaming initiatives globally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Responsible Gaming leadership or coaching roles
• Experience in regulated markets (Ontario, Italy, LATAM) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) required

Nice to have

• Cryptocurrency knowledge.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
