What you will do

• Conduct investigations and mediate employee relations issues across multiple business units
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and conduct audits
• Support performance management and talent development processes
• Analyze HR metrics and lead special projects on culture, diversity, and employee experience
• Address HR challenges in warehouse and contingent workforce environments
• Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning and optimization

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8 years of HR experience in multi-site environments
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and experience in investigations
• Experience with high-volume contingent workforce management preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification
