TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (Fullstack): Development of internal integrations, automations, and public-facing projects with an accent on Node.js, TypeScript, and React/Next.js. What you will do

  • Develop internal integrations and automations including proxying GitLab-Jira requests and fuzzy search algorithms.
  • Work on public internal projects such as the company career website.
  • Write, refactor, and test code with a focus on maintainability and quality.
  • Optimize runtime performance, build/CI times, and SEO metrics.
  • Collaborate with owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Conduct research to find suitable implementation approaches for new features.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
  • Understanding of Node.js runtime, event loop, workers, and threads.
  • Knowledge of web development concepts including CORS, CSP, HTTP, caching, and browser event loop.
  • Experience with unit testing and application architecture principles.
  • Technical English proficiency for tasks and documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience running Node.js applications in distributed clusters or optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of browser rendering pipelines or CDN caching.
  • Contributions to open source projects or published packages.
  • Experience with E2E/screenshot testing tools like Selenium or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with architecture methodologies such as clean architecture or feature sliced design.
  • Experience with benchmarking, remote debugging, and Node.js internals.
