Location: Based in San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Salary: $194,000-$220,000

What you will do
- Lead the delivery of key strategic cross-functional projects from concept through completion.
- Manage projects, programs, and processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Own regular program communications, unblock teams, and build partnerships with internal IT teams, Security, Workplace, PeopleOps, Legal, and other business partners.
- Partner with IT Support and Engineering teams to drive new IT initiatives, taking full end-to-end ownership of project management, including new office/expansion and enterprise technology projects.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies and risks, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program management and experience working in IT organizations.
- Knowledgeable in Program and Project Management techniques, with a proven history of executing in collaboration with a wide range of cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects iteratively with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
- Strong understanding of business drivers, enabling alignment of needs with processes, design of functional solutions, and drive for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in ambiguous situations, with direction at a high level.
