What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major internal events across multiple countries
• Curate and elevate event quality and brand alignment across all locations
• Create innovative and memorable event concepts independently or with partners
• Manage complex logistics including participant travel and on-site execution
• Build pre-event anticipation and post-event engagement through strategic communications
• Track and report key KPIs such as attendance and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale events (3,000+ attendees) with complex logistics
• Experience managing events across multiple countries or locations
• Strong project management and vendor leadership skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality
• Confident handling of budgets, contracts, and timelines
• Fluent English required; Spanish or other languages are a strong advantage

Nice to have

• Experience with immersive, employee-driven, or hybrid event formats
