What you will do

• Drive achievement of commercial OKRs and KPIs through data analysis and insight generation
• Lead end-to-end commercial and cross-functional projects involving the Account Management team
• Align global, regional, and local priorities via strategic planning and governance processes
• Oversee operational processes including SOP development, incentive management, and reporting dashboards
• Create and deliver clear data-driven presentations to support decision-making at all levels

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in top-tier consulting or multinational companies managing multi-country projects
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Attention to detail and creative thinking
