What you will do
- Develop, manage, and close business within strategic enterprise accounts for HashiCorp software suite.
- Lead sales campaigns engaging multiple stakeholders across Development, IT Operations, and Security Operations.
- Align solutions to customer business needs and technical requirements.
- Drive adoption, expansion, extension, and renewal of contracts following ALEER strategy.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with management, legal, and deal desk teams to ensure proper execution of sales processes.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Location: Based in or able to work remotely from the US, preferably San Francisco.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in security, open source software business models, cloud and infrastructure software.
- Proven track record in strategic enterprise sales and customer development.
- Strong operational discipline with business planning and forecasting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and executive presence skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau.
- Experience working in high-growth companies requiring critical thinking and problem solving.
