What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and close business within strategic enterprise accounts for HashiCorp software suite.
  • Lead sales campaigns engaging multiple stakeholders across Development, IT Operations, and Security Operations.
  • Align solutions to customer business needs and technical requirements.
  • Drive adoption, expansion, extension, and renewal of contracts following ALEER strategy.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with management, legal, and deal desk teams to ensure proper execution of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Location: Based in or able to work remotely from the US, preferably San Francisco.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in security, open source software business models, cloud and infrastructure software.
  • Proven track record in strategic enterprise sales and customer development.
  • Strong operational discipline with business planning and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and executive presence skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau.
  • Experience working in high-growth companies requiring critical thinking and problem solving.
