What you will do

• Drive strategic development and continuous refinement of policy and safety initiatives addressing emerging risks.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments to evaluate policy impact and evolve frameworks.
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Product to implement automated enforcement tools.
• Provide ehirify.globalpert guidance on policy escalations and conduct investigations to mitigate risks.
• Develop educational and training materials to communicate complehirify.global policy information effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Jose
• English: B2 level or higher required
• 5+ years ehirify.globalperience in Trust and Safety, legal policy, or online abuse management at a tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/ehirify.globalperience.
• Ehirify.globalperience in project management and operational process improvement.
• Ability to handle high-profile and sensitive issues involving graphic content.
