The CorpSec Technology Team engineers systems and infrastructure that collaborate with internal CorpSec teams to protect our people and facilities.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage security measures to mitigate physical security risks to employees and facilities.
• Find, implement, and maintain technology-based solutions for dynamic physical security challenges.
• Triage and coordinate service calls and repairs, creating closing reports for each service ticket.
• Coordinate cost-effective vendor service calls and manage technicians until issues are resolved.
• Support the testing, commissioning, and configuration of security devices for small projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job status, costs, and job changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Access Control and Video Surveillance systems administration.
• 5+ years ehirify.globalperience in Project or Service Coordinator role or relevant ehirify.globalperience with other technical support teams.
• Solid understanding of networking as applied to IP cameras, network video recorders, access control panels, and IT troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze and visualize data to create useful metrics for the corporate security team.
• Willingness to be periodically part of an out-of-hours on-call schedule.
• Prior ehirify.globalperience as an in-field technician or security systems integrator.
