What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and scale platform safety & integrity operations.
- Monitor and mitigate operational issues and emerging violative behaviors using data-driven insights.
- Design and refine enforcement guidelines & automations to enhance review efficiency.
- Identify and resolve edge cases with the agent team.
- Conduct analyses and report on trends, quality concerns, and process inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of eperience in operations management within a tech or digital platform environment.
- Business-level competency in Japanese and English languages.
- Ability to develop highly efficient and effective processes independently.
- Strong research, analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
- Eperience working with large datasets and SQL to build dashboards and reports.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Operations engineering eperience is a plus.
