Salary: $117,400—$164,350 USD

What you will do
- Create and execute campaigns that will drive leads and pipeline.
- Optimize performance by increasing key asset conversion metrics through website and YouTube promotion strategies.
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing activities, including webinars, direct mail, and emails.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive and execute marketing program tactics.
- Analyze campaign and program results in detail to draw insights and make data-based adjustments.
- Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, of which 3+ years of experience in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Experience with funnel metrics and levers to generate qualified leads and accelerate opportunity and pipeline velocity.
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
- Solution-oriented thinker who loves to solve challenges.
- Strong project management skills to effectively deliver programs and create alignment across groups.
