Location: Hybrid in Cork, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland with minimum 2 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Conceptualize and craft intuitive experiences connecting hardware and companion software
• Integrate physical and digital touchpoints for cohesive user workflows
• Use user insights and industry research to inform design solutions
• Advocate for target audiences throughout the product design process
• Drive iterative design activities to deliver world-class outcomes quickly
• Collaborate with Industrial Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to unify design priorities

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cork, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland
• Hybrid work model with minimum 2 days onsite per week
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integration of software and hardware design
• Proficient in user-centered design methods and rapid prototyping
• Excellent communication skills to present design thinking across all levels
• Proactive self-starter comfortable working with limited context
