What you will do

• Craft and socialize company-wide merchant product strategy.
• Oversee merchant integrity, product catalog health, new ad offerings, and organic merchant presence.
• Manage and coach the Merchants product management team.
• Partner closely with engineering, business, sales, and third-party partners.
• Drive recruiting efforts to expand the PM team.
• Deliver significant, measurable results aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, shopping ads, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate strategy clearly to executive and broad audiences.
• Technical understanding including experience partnering with engineering and machine learning teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
